Frequently asked questions
Are posts published without me?
Only if you choose. In approval mode, nothing is published without your go-ahead; in automatic mode, the engine publishes what quality assurance has approved, on your cadence.
How do you avoid AI mistakes?
The writer may not invent a figure, a study or a quote: anything that needs a source is flagged. Quality assurance reviews every verifiable claim, checks the links and blocks publishing while any point remains doubtful. For legal, medical or financial topics, keep approval mode on.
Which platforms does the engine publish to?
WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix and Framer, through their official APIs; the Kyklos blog, embedded in your site with one line or hosted on your subdomain; and anywhere else through a webhook (n8n, Make, Zapier).
Does Google index posts immediately?
Nobody can guarantee that. The engine sends your sitemap to Search Console after each publication, reports changes through IndexNow, and tracks each post's indexing status.
Where is my data hosted?
In France, on the Aiwen suite's infrastructure. Your CMS credentials are encrypted.
