Terms of use
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These terms govern the use of Kyklos SEO. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.
1. Who publishes the service
Kyklos SEO ("the service") is published by SAS Aiwen Logiciels ("we"), whose details appear in the legal notice. The service is hosted in France by OVH SAS.
2. What the service does
Kyklos SEO runs the blog of a website: it analyses the site's search performance, decides which posts to write, update or merge, writes them using AI language models, reviews them, publishes them at the cadence the customer chooses, adds links between posts, and reports changes to search engines. It also provides audits, rank tracking and reports.
3. Account and access
Using the service requires an Aiwen account, which is personal and confidential. You are responsible for what is done from your account and for the API keys you create. Tell us without delay if you suspect unauthorised access.
The service is intended for professional use. You confirm that you hold the necessary rights over the websites you declare in the service.
4. Plans, prices and payment
Plans and their limits are shown in the service and on the website. The free plan requires no payment method. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider. Prices are in euros, excluding applicable taxes.
You may change plan or cancel at any time from your account: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, with no pro-rata refund for the period already started.
5. AI-generated content
Posts produced by the service are generated by language models and then checked automatically. That check reduces errors but does not remove them. You remain the publisher of the content that appears on your site. We recommend keeping human approval on for any legal, medical, financial or regulated topic. The service guarantees no search ranking and no amount of traffic.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of your posts, your data and your publishing credentials. You grant us only the technical right to store, process and send them to the services needed to run the service (your CMS, search engines, the model provider). You may export your posts at any time and delete a site from the studio.
7. What you agree not to do
- Publish unlawful, misleading or defamatory content, or content infringing someone else's rights.
- Use the service to mass-produce content on websites you do not control.
- Try to bypass your plan's limits, disrupt the service, or reach another customer's data.
- Resell access to the service without our written agreement.
In the event of a serious breach, we may suspend access after informing you, except in an emergency.
8. Third-party services
At your request, the service connects to third parties: Google Search Console, your CMS (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Framer), your automation tools. Your credentials are encrypted. Those services remain governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages.
9. Personal data
We process your account data (identity, email address, plan) to perform the contract, and your sites' measurement data to provide the service. Data is hosted in France. We do not sell it and do not use it to train models. It is kept for the duration of your subscription and then deleted; a site deleted from the studio is permanently erased within seven days. Your rights, and how to exercise them, are set out in the legal notice.
10. Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, without a contractual uptime commitment on standard plans. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or because of a third party.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damage, capped at the amounts you paid us during the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost traffic, lost revenue or lost rankings, nor for the consequences of publishing content you approved or allowed to be published.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Any substantial change is announced by email at least thirty days before it takes effect; using the service after that date means you accept it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts where SAS Aiwen Logiciels has its registered office, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
